Freeborn Shalokpe Commends Oyibode’s Leadership Prowess As He Bags Prestigious CIA Honour.

The Supervisor for Environment in Udu Local Government Council and Vice President of Ekete Community, Hon. Freeborn Shalokpe, has extended heartfelt congratulations to his boss and the Executive Chairman of Udu Local Government Council, Olorogun (Hon.) Vincent Ogheneruemu Oyibode, JP, FCIA, on his latest honour by the Chartered Institute of Administration (CIA).

The Udu Council Chairman, a man widely celebrated for his visionary leadership and dedication to good governance, was recently honoured with a Certificate of Honour by the Chartered Institute of Administration for his proactive leadership process in the just concluded 4th All Administrators National Conference 2025, held in Lagos State from the 23rd to 24th of October, 2025.

In his congratulatory message, Hon. Shalokpe described the recognition as “well-deserved and a true reflection of Olorogun Oyibode’s passion for administrative excellence, accountability, and service to humanity.”

He further commended the Council Chairman for continually distinguishing himself as a transformational leader whose exemplary performance and commitment to transparent leadership have continued to attract admiration and recognition from reputable professional bodies across Nigeria.

“On behalf of my family and the good people of Udu Local Government, I heartily congratulate my boss and leader, Olorogun (Hon.) Vincent Ogheneruemu Oyibode, JP, FCIA, for once again making Udu proud. Your honour by the Chartered Institute of Administration is not just a personal achievement, but a reflection of your consistent pursuit of administrative excellence and your tireless contributions to the development of Udu and Delta State at large,” Hon. Shalokpe stated.

He further lauded Olorogun Oyibode’s support for his team, his inclusive style of governance, and his commitment to mentoring young administrators, noting that such leadership qualities continue to inspire those serving under him to strive for excellence.

“You have proven beyond doubt that leadership is not about titles but impact, and we in Udu are proud to be associated with your legacy of performance and integrity,” Hon. Shalokpe added.

He prayed for God’s continuous guidance, wisdom, and strength for the Chairman, urging him to keep flying the flag of administrative distinction high both within and beyond Delta State.

This latest recognition, presented by the Governing Council of the Chartered Institute of Administration and signed by Adm. Ugochukwu Azubuko, FCIA (President/Chairman of Council) and Adm. Prof. Noble Oguguo, FCIA (Chairman of the Conference Planning Committee), further affirms Olorogun Oyibode’s standing as one of Delta State’s most accomplished and result-oriented local government administrators.
